Services
The Consortium does not directly fund or contract with agencies to provide medical and support services to clients. The Consortium itself is not formally incorporated and is not able, therefore, to receive and distribute funds. Public Health Dayton & Montgomery County (PHDMC) is the Consortium’s fiduciary agent.
PHDMC is responsible for preparation of the Ryan White Planning and Evaluation Request for Proposal (that supports Consortium activities) and quarterly compliance documents. PHDMC acts for the Consortium as its agent with responsibility for the Consortium’s compliance with applicable state mandates.
