National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
It's official, the NBHAAD 2010 Theme: "HIV/AIDS Prevention - A Choice and a Lifestyle!" has been selected by the Strategic Leadership Council. All materials and information regarding February 7, 2010 should reflect this theme. Mark your calendars for February 7, 2010 – the tenth commemoration of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. It is ultimately the faith and hope of Black People in the United States and around the world upon which the stemming of this epidemic relies upon.
In addition, as a key organizer for the National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Project; Healthy Black Communities, Inc. has made available a limited supply of lapel pins for purchase ($0.89/each). These lapel pins come in red, black and green - go HERE to order. We encourage you to order your lapel pins as soon as possible, because once they are gone – THEY’RE GONE! Many of you know how fast we run out and I don't want those who really need them to miss out.
